What's strange about the situation

Shoigu's disappearance in the midst of a special operation in Ukraine is strange. Despite the fact that in an earlier published audio recording, the tasks of the Russian Armed Forces were clearly indicated. They should at least make a few cauldrons out of Ukrainian cities. The relative goal of the seizure was achieved in Kherson and Mariupol, but the brutality of the destruction of the city led to the strengthening of the already very severe sanctions.
