In Gomel, Belarus, the occupiers are building up a military group to launch a new offensive in the Slobozhansky direction. The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine announced that it is planned to establish control over parts of the Donetsk, Luhansk and Kharkiv regions, as well as blockade the cities of Kramatorsk and Slovyansk.
Now the Russian Armed Forces is attacking Popasna, but this is more like a distraction from the impending offensive. Attacks also continue on Izyum and Mariupol, where heavy fighting is taking place.
In the near future, militants who arrived in Gomel from the Middle East will be transferred to the Seversky direction.
The Russian army still has the potential for an offensive
Despite fierce fighting and lack of results on the main fronts, the Russian Armed Forces can carry out quite serious attacks, depleting the armed, resource and moral reserves of the Armed Forces.
Currently, the Russian Armed Forces are forming forces for a second strike in Donbass.
The General Staff also expects attacks in four directions. In addition, new columns of the occupier's equipment are being sent to Sumy.
Despite significant losses. Russia has enough equipment and disenfranchised soldiers to transfer them to the front. For this reason, the Armed Forces are in full combat readiness and are trying to strengthen their positions as much as possible.
