Russian troops are already carrying out mass actions to move Ukrainian citizens from the occupied territories to Russia. After passing the filtration camps, they will be sent to economically depressed areas of the Russian Federation.
Several eastern oblasts, such as Sakhalin, are proposed as resettlement areas. Those who agree are issued documents that also prohibit travel from the regions for up to 2 years, the ban is likely to be increased.
Concentration camps have already started
Currently, the establishment of a concentration camp for Ukrainians in the city of Dokuchaevsk on the territory of the L / DPR has been confirmed. Thousands of Russians have taken documents from Ukrainians and sent them to the L / DPR, as well as to Taganrog in the Rostov region and the Krasnodar Territory. FSB officers "work" with the population of the occupied territories.
There is evidence of (inhumane) ill-treatment of Ukrainians by Ukrainian servicemen, including refusal to provide medical care. The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reminds that the movement of the population to the territory of the aggressor state, including children, is a gross violation of international law.
A similar situation, as in Kherson, is already unfolding in Mariupol. Documents are confiscated from Mariupol residents and taken to Russia. 6,000 citizens were deported from Mariupol alone. At the same time, humanitarian corridors are blocked to enter the area controlled by Ukraine.
